Just two minutes from Nakameguro station and right along the Meguro River, Global-Dining’s newest restaurant, Taco Fanatico, is a completely cashless taco specialty shop.
We made the decision to go cashless with the goal of improving convenience, safety, and security in mind as we try to set a more modern standard.

店舗デザイン　（コンセプト：ニューメキシカンと多様性）

グローバルダイニング史上、最小（ミニマル）店舗。
ライブ感、エンターテイメント、オープンキッチンをキーワードに、狭さを最大限に利用した店作りに。
キッチンは全面積の約半分。あえて、オペレーション全てを見せる設計にすることで、お客様同士、カウンタ―越しにスタッフとの距離感もぐっと近くなり、スモールコミュニティ、コミュニケーションを最も大事にしたデザインにしました。
